Chapora Beach is a very good place for those who have decided for a long-term stay in Goa. The number of hotels in the areas near to the beach is really very few but to supplement this there are rented houses that are scattered among the coconunt plantations. This is really a fascinating part of the Goan coastline. The village is sitauted on the estuary of the Chapora River and is overshadowed by a rocky hill where one can find a Portuguese fort too.
