About Parameshwar Tal :

The Parameshwar Tal is an important historical monument located to the north west of the small historical town of Chanderi in Ashoknagar district of Madhya Pradesh. Half a mile separates the Parameshwar Tal from the town area. The Bundela Rajput kings are credited with the construction of the Parameshwar Tal in Chanderi . This beautiful and strikingly impressive tank is popularly known as the Parameshwar Tal. On the banks of the Tal there is a temple. The temple is very well carved and its architecture is sure to impress you. Memorials built in honor of the Rajput kings are also present here.
